Toothill Primary School is starting some sessions on Friday afternoons to support Jamie Oliver’s new campaign, Ministry of Food.  The campaign is all about getting people cooking again. He wants to show us that anyone can learn to cook – and that it’s fun, cool, can save you money and help you, your family and friends to live a healthier life.

Learn a dish and Pass It On

"Pass It On is about friends teaching friends how to cook good, honest, affordable food from scratch and getting a bit more streetwise about cooking and looking after yourself."

The idea behind Pass It On is to inspire people who have never cooked to give it a try and then, once they’ve learned a recipe, to teach two other people how to make it too. We also want to mobilise anyone who can cook to pass on their skills by teaching their friends, family or workmates how to cook good, honest, affordable food.

Toothill Primary School will be running its Ministry Of Food sessions on Friday afternoons starting 15th November in the Food Technology Room

between 2 and 3pm

So come on, anyone can do it. Be part of Pass It On!
